Life lessons to be learnt

I was watching fabulous TEDx Talk in youtube. Amazing thought from BJ Miller.
We occasionally overlook the most important lessons in life, although we should notice them and become clear as early as possible. These lessons will make our future lives much easier. But still we don't notice how life flies and we find time to remember important things.

1. The less you get other people's opinion times, the happier you are.
You should not exert too much effort to please others. Only your opinion is what really matters to you, because at the end of the day, you are the only one. If you want to be truly happy, don't let go of the opinions of others and don't depend on them.

2. Be grateful. The more grateful we show, the better. Don't focus on the things you don't have, but be grateful for the things you already have.

3. Action shows more than words. That's right, you've certainly heard it many times, but you've really wondered what that means? Don't look at what people are saying, look at what they are doing.

4. Work hard, but not too hard. Don't overwork. You can also pursue your dreams so that you are not stressed about it, do not burden yourself with unrealistic goals. Focus on spending more time with the people you care about the most. Work-life balance helps you get where you want to be stress-free in the long run.

5. Live for yourself. Follow your dreams and don't let the world push your frames to "bring you to earth." We live this life once and for all as you wish.

6. Failures are hidden lessons. There is nothing wrong with that, if you make mistakes from time to time, we are all wrong. Although these experiences may be stupid, we learn from them and develop as a person through them.

7. Live without regret. Don't get caught up in the things you did in the past and don't miss the opportunity to do something new because you are afraid and regret what you did in the past.

8. Live in the moment. Sometimes you should do nothing but be in the moment. Too often, we get stuck and worried about things that were before or will be in the future, missing the moments we are in now.

9. Occasionally throw your problems out of your head and try to look at them with the eyes of an outsider. Sometimes our problems are not as serious as we think. Try to look at your problems with someone else's eye before you let the problem get you nervous.

10. Procrastination makes you slaves. It is much easier to spend time than to work hard. Always do things before it's too late or last. Don't look back, look ahead and move on.

Being happy is not as difficult as most people think. Live your life the way you want to live it and never stop learning. We never know when our last day on this planet Earth will be - we should live each day as if it were the last day.
