Car Insurance Cheats! Be careful where you buy your insurance! 

We had a car accident: our car was hit from behind. Our car had a trailer hitch in the back. It broke our car frame. We sent all the necessary pictures to the insurance. All the broken parts were inside the car and the car looked like new on the outside.
The insurance only wanted to paint from the outside. Saying "Other broken parts don't go to this accident"
We were very angry. We called them and asked what do they mean? How does this accident and these other broken parts do not match? Another car hit our car at 50kmh.
The insurance said they did not understand these pictures and wanted to get new ones.
We sent new pictures. And now they're repairing the car.

But the question remains. Why do they lie to customers? If my partner hadn't known about cars then insurance would have escaped with paint only? It would be much cheaper for them!!!
Be careful when you deal with insurance! Even they can cheat! Especially if the damage to the car is not visible from the outside!
