What the difference between a soulmate and a twin flame?

Soul mate is a deep connection you have with another person that can be a lover, a friend, or a family member. You both individually have your own souls and life lessons to learn and accomplish. A soul mate is there to help you learn things about yourself and it is said which I believe to be true that once you have been taught what you need to know from that soul, you move on. You can have many soulmates whether you meet them along your journey or not only you can establish.

Some times I think I want to meet my twin flame. I'm not scared that it is very intense because in life we have so many times we just give up or think life is so hard. In life, you need to feel every feeling, sad, happy, powerful, love, feeling that everything is so bad and amazing at the same time.

A twin flame is an extremely deep connection where you divinely share one soul separated into 2 individual bodies. You are divinely contracted to find each other. Live and love unconditionally and walk your journey together as a whole. Both need to come to a fully Awakened spiritual state. One twin usually Awakens before the other. One is a runner also known as a sleepy twin because they do not quite understand the purpose until they are fully awakened. There is a sense of huge loss when the separation phase occurs. This usually happens in order for each to do personal growth so when reunited they are strong. They help each other be the best versions of themselves. The sexual union in my experiences with my twin is almost like we are physically one. Energies are completely intertwined, heart beating as one on a soul level of complete Euphoria. To get to this state it can be the most heartwrenching and frustrating experience yet beautiful at the same time.

A twin flame is much different and I feel is much more intense but not necessary in a good way at times. A twin flame is the exact energetic vibration as yourself. They are you and you are them. The female and male counterparts to each other's energy; yin and yang.
It’s very, very intense.

Love is real, and it exists in mainly two forms: Various versions of parental love for a child, or child substitute, as a pet, And “romantic” love that is evidenced by “falling in love” and “being in love.” Parental love is pretty much unconditional. Romantic love is almost entirely conditional. Conditional means that if you want romantic love, you have to do certain things. It is in the nature of a transaction.
