Short Story: " Candy tree"

Short Story: " Candy tree"

Once upon a time, there was a little boy who believed there was a candy tree. He read fairy tale books and searched for clues that would lead him to the candy tree. He dreamed of a tree with candy that would never run out. One day he found a hint that said candy trees were growing by the sea. Once a little boy's family went swimming. But the little boy didn't want to swim hi started looking for candy trees.
He walked for several kilometers he didn't find a candy tree. He decided to go back to the family, but he couldn't. He was lost. He walked back but his family was gone. His family had gone looking for him at the same time he returned. The boy called his family and stood where he last saw them. He waited for hours for the family to return.
The boy started walking down the road home. But he went deeper and deeper into the woods. Finally, the trail ended and the boy decided to continue walking in the woods. It was evening and it was dark in the woods. The boy was very scared. He fell asleep. He woke up when everything was white. He looked up to the sky but the stars were shining. He didn't understand where that light was coming from.
He walked toward the light and saw a large twisted tree with candy. But it wasn't just a tree, it was walking! It was alive!
The boy was startled and stumbled. The tree heard him and started moving toward him.
"Boy, you are lost. What are you doing so deep in the woods?"
"I've been looking for you! I've always wanted to see candy trees and eat as much candy as I want."
"My candy is not edible, it is very poisonous to humans."
"I do not believe you!
"Do you want to die trying them?"
The little boy thought he was going to try the candy tree but he just asked, "How do I get home?" '
"You have to go back along the small forest trail to the seaside. From there, walk 100 steps to the right until you see the bigger forest trail and walk back to the village. From there you can already know where to go."
The boy started to walk back. When he got home, he only talked about his candy tree, which lived in the woods. Nobody believed him. But the boy knew that candy trees existed and that their candy should not be eaten. So he never went to find the candy tree again.
