Short Story: "Snail"


One little snail lived inside the grass. He went to eat grass one day when a cat came to him.
"What kind of thing are you?"
"I'm a snail"
"What is a snail?"
"I'm a snail"
"Do you taste good?"
"No, I don't taste good, I'm nasty and slimy."
"All right, but maybe you are lying to me?"
"I don't lie. Look how many snails are around you. After all, nobody wants to eat them. So we're all nasty and slimy."
The cat looked around the garden and saw that there were many snails in the garden.
"Okay, I believe you."
The snail continued to eat. And the cat went inside to eat her food.
